(STATEHOUSE) - The Commission on State Tax and Financing Policy will examine gasoline pricing policies across Indiana during their meeting on Wednesday.

State Representative Peggy Welch (D-Bloomington), who chairs the commission, says the fear consumers feel about gasoline prices is why they're inviting petroleum industry representatives, local distributors and Attorney General Steve Carter to explain what's going on.

The 10:00am meeting is open to the public in Room 404 of the Indiana Statehouse.
