(INDIANAPOLIS) - Bedford native Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman has announced her leading a trade mission south of the border.
The 26-member delegation will depart today and return Friday.
They will take their trip from Mexico City to the neighboring state of Hidalgo to visit Latin America's largest dairy farm, and paying a visit to the Cargill facilities in the Port of Veracruz.
