(INDIANAPOLIS) - Once there were three, now there are four—gubernatorial candidates that is. Steve Bonney has announced an independent run for governor.
The West Lafayette man says he can make a difference because he's not a politician and doesn't have to answer to any political party. He has already announced a running mate as well, its registered nurse Lori Olivier.
The pair each have to receive over 32,000 signatures just to get on the ballot, a task Bonney says will be a difficult one.
Governor Mitch Daniels is running on the Republican side and Jill Long-Thompson and Jim Schellinger are running as Democrats.
