Hoosier Blogger Tries To Get McCain Thrown Off Ballot

(UNDATED) - A Democratic blogger wants John McCain thrown off Indiana’s Republican primary ballot.
Thomas Cook of blueindiana.net has filed a complaint claiming John McCain fell nine signatures short of the required 500 in the Fourth Congressional District.
The complaint includes data from a statewide computer network which tallies signatures.
But the Marion County voter registration office, and possibly others, hand-counted some petitions at the start of the filing period before bringing the software online.
