(STATEHOUSE) - A controversial bill concerning abortion may be voted on by the Indiana Senate Judiciary Committee next week.
Lawmakers are debating the bill, which would require doctors to advise patients there's a possibility a fetus could feel pain during an abortion.
The bill would also make it mandatory for doctors to tell patients in writing that life begins at conception.
A similar bill died in the Senate last year.
