(INDIANAPOLIS) - The House has voted to make it a felony to grab a police officer’s weapon.
Valparaiso Republican Ed Soliday's bill would allow up to eight years in prison for disarming an officer, or up to 50 if the officer is hurt.
The bill now goes to the Senate.
