Child Seduction Law Back On Senate Floor

(STATEHOUSE) - A bill that failed to pass in the legislature last year is back again.
State Senator Mike Delph's child seduction law adds military recruiters to those outlawed from coercing a teenager into sexual relations. Colonel Brian Dickerson of the Indiana National Guard spoke in support of the proposal.
The new version of the bill was passed by the Senate's Corrections, Criminal and Civil Matters Committee.
Last year's bill died after it failed to reach a committee in the House.
