(INDIANAPOLIS) - Democratic leaders in Indianapolis have picked Indiana’s newest state representative.
United Auto Workers official John Bartlett will finish the term of Mae Dickinson, who resigned unexpectedly last month after eight terms.
Bartlett defeated City-County Councillor King Ro Conley in a caucus of precinct officials. Conley lost his bid for reelection to the council last month.
