(INDIANAPOLIS) - Andre Carson, the grandson of the late Indiana Congresswoman Julia Carson, says he is seriously considering running for her congressional seat, but will wait until after the new year to announce his decision.
A caucus of democratic precinct committee members is scheduled to select a nominee January 12th to fill her 7th Congressional District seat.
