Sodrel Enters Congressional Race

(NEW ALBANY) - The ninth district congressional ballot is going to look awfully familiar.
Former one-term congressman Mike Sodrel says he'll try to reclaim the seat he lost to Democrat Baron Hill last year.
The two candidates have faced off in every ninth district race since 2002, with Hill winning twice by five-point margins and Sodrel pulling out a squeaker in 2004.
Sodrel says Hoosiers who voted for change last year ought to be disappointed in what he calls a Democratic program of more spending and higher taxes.
