Hill To Vote For Children's Health Insurance Bill
(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Ninth District Congressman Baron Hill says he’ll vote to override President Bush’s veto of a children’s health insurance bill, after voting no on the bill the first time around.
The Democratic representative had complained the bill didn't send enough money back home to Indiana. Now he says the overall goal is too important to abandon.
Democrats need a total of 14 converts in the house to override the veto. Hill says he doesn't expect that will happen.
