(NASHVILLE) - A former Brown County township trustee faces two felony charges on allegations that he improperly wrote himself checks totaling $40,000.
The Brown County prosecutor says former Jackson Township Trustee Jeff Richardson wrote nine checks on township funds last September and October that were deposited into his personal and business accounts.
