Bayh Calls For Investigation In Indiana Guardsman Death

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Indiana Senator Evan Bayh wants the Pentagon to look into the death of a national guardsman from Westfield.
Sergeant Gerald Cassidy died at an army hospital in Fort Knox, Kentucky.
His family charges Cassidy was unconscious and untended for days, and an autopsy concluded he'd been dead for hours before anyone noticed.
Cassidy was being treated for wounds suffered in Iraq.
