(ARGOS) - Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jill Long Thompson is challenging Governor Daniels to release a list of all state employees who are paid through the private sector.

The call comes following news reports that top adviser Neal Pickett is drawing his six-figure salary from the Lilly Endowment.

A 1969 law allows state agencies to share employees. Thompson says she has no problem with State Health Commissioner Judy Monroe being paid by her medical practice, but contends Pickett's arrangement violates the spirit of the law.
