(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Indiana Congressman Baron Hill says he has filed a bill to help Hoosiers hit by rising property taxes on the federal level.
Hill says the measure would allow everyone to deduct their property tax payments from their federal income taxes.
He says Americans can currently deduct their property tax payments only if they itemize.
