(ROSELAND) - A Roseland town council member went to jail last night after a physical altercation with a town marshal.
David Snyder was asked to leave last night's meeting after a dispute with the council president. When Town Marshal Jack Tiller tried to escort him out the door, a fight ensued.
The two were seen wrestling on the ground in the doorway. Snyder was eventually handcuffed, and taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. He had suffered an injury to the back of his head.
