Federal Government Approves Indiana Welfare Fixes

(INDIANAPOLIS) - The federal government is approving the steps Indiana is taking to fix glitches in its plan to privatize the delivery of some welfare benefits.

Federal officials say Indiana had broken federal food stamp laws by bypassing state employees in some cases.
