(INDIANAPOLIS) - A state senator claims a bill targeting Indiana’s large livestock farms died over the weekend.
Another legislator refused to drop a provision calling for a one-mile setback between the largest of the farms and schools.
Republican Senator Beverly Gard says opposition to fee hikes for livestock farm permits also prevented an agreement.
