Bauer Pleased With Passing State's Budget

Last updated on Monday, May 14, 2007

(STATEHOUSE) - Indiana House Speaker Pat Bauer is praising the bipartisanship between the majority parties in the Indiana House and Senate in the passage of the state’s biennial budget, which was signed into law Friday.

Bauer says he applauds House Democrats and Senate Republicans for creating a budget that provides property tax relief for homeowners, increased funding for schools and creates health care for the uninsured.
