Agency Shows Higher Property Tax Estimate

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Property tax bills are expected to increase by about 24% statewide this year.

New data from the nonpartisan Legislative Services Agency shows an average hike of 23.8%.

Analysts originally predicted residential property taxes would increase by a statewide average of 14.6%.
