Local Woman Part Of Lobby Efforts

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Approximately 350 American Cancer Society volunteers from across the state will gather today for the American Cancer Society Indiana Lobby Day.
Volunteers will meet with their legislators and ask them to raise the tobacco tax by $1.00. Locally, Brenda Davis, from Mitchell, will be part of the lobbying.
A lunch will be held at the Westin Hotel in Indianapolis to discuss increasing the tobacco tax.
