(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - The 110th Congress in Washington, D.C. will be sworn in today with three Hoosier freshmen as part of the new democratic majority.

Two of Indiana's freshmen already know their committee assignments. Baron Hill will serve on Energy and Commerce, while Joe Donnelly will be on Financial Services.

Eighth District Representative Brad Ellsworth will take predecessor John Hostettler's old seat on armed services. He's likely to add more committee assignments later this month.
