(STATEHOUSE) - Vincennes State Representative Kreg Battles says he plans to author a bill allowing more self-employed people access to health insurance.
Battles' legislation would allow groups of small businesses or individuals to purchase insurance together and offer it to employees.
The only stipulation is that businesses banding together must work in similar fields.
