(STATEHOUSE) - The Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana says making the I-69 extension a reality is its top priority for the upcoming Indiana General Assembly session.

Vice President of Public Policy Steve Schaefer says the Major Moves plan that was passed last session was a good start.

He hopes this session that the legislature takes a good look at the governor's new Indiana Commerce Connector proposal that would provide money to fund the I-69 extension.
