(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Recount Commission will consider the case on Friday of a man who lost his bid to become an Indiana senator by more than a million votes.
Libertarian Steve Osborn filed for a recount despite a crushing loss to incumbent Richard Lugar.
Democrats did not field an opponent for Lugar, allowing Osborn to receive more than 168,000 tallies.
