(UNDATED) - Outgoing 9th District Congressman Mike Sodrel has closed his offices, a move which incoming Democrat Baron Hill says leaves his staff in a bind.
Hill says it'll be hard for his staff to respond to concerns from constituents because Sodrel's office did not pass along paperwork it had collected.
Hill staffers called all five of Sodrel's regional offices and found the phone lines at each one had been disconnected.
