(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Milltown Democrat has become the first candidate to announce his decision to run for Governor in 2008.
Senate Minority Leader Richard Young says he wants Hoosiers to have the best government that elected officials can provide.
Young was elected to the State Senate in 1988 after Democrat Frank O'Bannon was elected Lieutenant Governor.
