Orange County Races Nets Republican Sheriff

(PAOLI) - In Orange County, in the Sheriff’s race, Republican Richard Dixon wins with a nearly 25-hundred vote margin, Democrat Jim Springer retains his seat for County Commissioner, District 1.

Democrat Eugene Pinnick knocked out the incumbent in the County Council District 3 race.

For 9th District Congressional race, incumbent Republican Mike Sodrel keeps his seat. For State Representative District 62, Jerry Denbo continues his position.

In the Greenfield Township Trustee race, Republican Pat Atkins won by 8 votes. The three top vote getters in the Greenfield Township Board it is Democrat Mary Lou Gilliatt and Jeff Riley, and Republican Steven Claxton.
