Governor Positive About Added Cigarette Tax

(INDIANAPOLIS) - Governor Mitch Daniels says he believes his plan to boost the state’s cigarette tax to pay for health care coverage for uninsured low-income adults will attract bipartisan support.
He says a 25-cent tax hike would help provide coverage for about 120-thousand people.
