(UNDATED) - The wife of a former Indiana governor has died.
Josie Orr, a woman known for placing a birdcage on the lawn of the governor's mansion, passed away at age 85.
Orr was a pilot during World War II, working to move planes from one end of the country to another before deployment elsewhere.
Governor Mitch Daniels has asked all flags in the state be lowered to half staff.
