Lawmakers Study Murder Victims Rights

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A state legislative committee is considering changes in laws deciding who can determine what is done with the bodies of murder victims.

The issue surfaced from a local court case in which a family was required to get permission from the confessed killer to bury a woman and child.
