State Budget "Precarious"

(STATEHOUSE) - Indiana House Minority Leader Patrick Bauer says Democratic support for full-day kindergarten next year will hinge on the state’s finances.
Governor Daniels has said full-day kindergarten will be his top priority next year.
Bauer accuses him of working behind the scenes to kill it during his campaign two years ago. Since becoming governor, Daniels has said full-day kindergarten needed to wait till the state's finances were in order.
Now that Daniels is embracing the issue, Bauer says it's Democrats' turn to assess the budget. He says he expects there will be enough money, but calls the state's fiscal condition "precarious."
