(STATEHOUSE) - A Senate Democrat says the public should be granted access to the state’s new Bureau of Motor Vehicles computer system.
Senator Richard Young says he's sent a letter to Governor Daniels asking that Hoosiers be allowed to verify what the system says about them.
The computer system has been the subject of confusion among numerous state agencies, including law enforcement, as bugs are worked out of the programming.
