Buyer Says Santions To North Korea May Change Their Ways

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Fourth District Representative Steve Buyer says North Korea’s Fourth of July missile test is likely to result in sanctions against the country.

He says he's hopeful the missile launch will persuade China and Russia to take a more active role in getting North Korea to change its ways, through diplomacy and sanctions.

As two of the communist nation's few trading partners, they're among the few with the leverage to make an impression.
