Buyer Says Santions To North Korea May Change Their Ways

Last updated on Friday, July 7, 2006

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Fourth District Representative Steve Buyer says North Korea’s Fourth of July missile test is likely to result in sanctions against the country.

As two of the communist nation's few trading partners, they're among the few with the leverage to make an impression.
