(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels is traveling to Washington, D.C. this week to talk to Congress about the lease of the Indiana toll road.
Daniels is expected to testify Wednesday before a house transportation subcommittee about whether similar deals should be used in the future to finance state infrastructure.
Daniels will also meet with a Department of Transportation study commission to discuss details of the lease.
A lawsuit against the toll road lease is currently before a St. Joseph County judge.
