(STATEHOUSE) - Indiana Department of Transportation officials has unveiled the scope of the “Major Moves” plan.
The sweeping, 11.8 billion dollar plan includes numerous road improvement projects, including the controversial I-69 extension, upgrades to U.S. 31, and various road resurfacing projects.
INDOT officials say the money for the projects is coming from a combination of federal and state gas taxes, plus the 3.85 billion dollars from the toll road lease.
