Bayh Protecting Bankruptcy Workers

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Indiana Senator Evan Bayh has introduced legislation
whose purpose is protecting workers during bankruptcy proceedings.

The law would limit compensation given to executives and would force companies to provide details on their holdings.
