State Republicans Offering Daniels Amendments To Major Moves

STATEHOUSE—Indiana House Republicans are offering four amendments which they believe will clear up any concerns about the Governor’s Major Moves bill.

Elkart Republican Tim Neese wants a 10-year freeze on toll road fees for non-commercials motorists who live along the toll road.

Lakeville Republican Jackie Walorski's amendment would create a Northeast Regional Development Authority which would receive $10-million over teh next 10 years.

Another amendment would require all future lease agreements to be reviewed by a legislative budget committee.
