STATEHOUSE—The State Legislature has passed a bill which would make it easier for high school dropouts to earn their high school diplloma.
The "Double Up For College Program" allows some students to earn their diploma through the state's "Fast Track" program at their local college or university.
The bill passed the House 100-0 and the Senate 97-1.
