Bayh Still Considering Presidential Bid
WASHINGTON, D.C.—Indiana Senator Evan Bayh is still strongly considering a possible push for the White House in 2008.
The Democrat tells "Fox News Sunday" he feels undeterred by a recent Cook Political Report poll showing low support. The report places Bayh in 8th place behind other Democratic Presidential hopefuls like Hilary Rodham-Clinton and John Kerry.
Bayh last year visited 22 states and raised more than $10-million, prompting analysts to speculate the possibility of a pending presidential campaign.
