Hoosier Bill To Challenge Feds

STATEHOUSE—A Vincennes Republican has filed a bill to challenge Federal jurisdiction in the battle over abortion.
Freshman State Representative Troy Woodruff filed the bill.
Woodruff says it's time for the federal government to let the states ruled on the legality of abortions.
The House bill would make it a Class C Felony to perform any abortions, unless it would be to protect the health of the mother.
