Deanna K. Delaney of Bedford, passed away Tuesday morning, March 16th at her residence at the age of 71.
Born in 1938 in Fayetteville to parents Elston and Lottie (Allen) Pierce, she had been married to Jack "Duke" Delaney since 1956.
Deanna was a clerical worker for Sears & Roebuck for 29 years and was a member of the St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Danette and Deborah Delaney; one son, Doug Delaney; three brothers, Norman, Richard and James Pierce; two sisters, Naomi Gillespie and Jane Kelly; as well as several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 19th at 10:30AM at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church with burial to follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 2:00PM until 8:00PM on Thursday, March 18th at Day & Carter Mortuary.
