Michael Jayson Giles of Paoli, formerly of Martinsville and Franklin, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 25th at his residence at the age of 56.
Born in 1953 in Martinsville to parents Donald E. Giles and Mary K. (Shaw) Dennis, he was a mechanic.
Michael was a life-time motorcycle racing competitor and enthusiast, was of Methodist faith and an avid gun collector and a member of the N.R.A..
He is survived by his mother; three sisters, Jennifer Manzenberger, Conni Law and Sherri Lynn Giles; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and two nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 29th at 3:00PM at the Mundell Cemetery with burial to follow.
Visitation will be from 12:00PM until 2:15PM on Friday, January 29th at Day & Carter Mortuary.
