Leonard Crosby, 84, Bedford

Leonard Kent Crosby of Bedford passed away Sunday evening, January 24th at Stonebridge Health Campus at the age of 84.

Born in 1925 in New Albany, Indiana to parents Ruskin and Georgia (Clipp) Crosby, she had been married to Lynn Yvonne "Von" Loweth since 1948.

Leonard had worked as a financial Sales Representative for Burroughs Corporation and was Vice President of Liberty National Bank in Louisville, Kentucky, worked as an administrator of Edgewood Medical Clinic until his retirement.

He attended Indiana University, was a graduate from the University of Louisville, served in the U.S. Air Force in World War II, was a past president of Toastmasters Club, past president of Rotary Club, past member of Bedford Elks Club, past member of Board of Governors, Hunting Creek Country Club, was a past member of Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Murat Shrine Temple and was a member of the Central Christian Church in New Albany.

No funeral services will be held. Visitation will be from 1:30PM until 5:30PM on Thursday, January 28th at Ferguson - Lee Funeral Home.
