Harry C. Delpha, 98, Oolitic

Harry C. Delpha of Oolitic passed away Thursday morning at Stonebridge Health Campus at the age of 98.

Born in 1910 in Oolitic to Henry and Mary Delpha, Harry was a deliveryman for Johnson Creamery retiring in 1970, Army veteran of World War II, and member of American Legion Gillen Post #33 and Oolitic Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughter Treva, sisters Mabel, Pauline and Ilene, 2 grandsons, 1 great grandson, and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Alma, son Donald, daughter Peggy, brothers Louis, Bob, John, and Paul, and sisters Marjorie and Mary.

Services were held this morning at 11:00am at the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with burial following at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
