Robert L. Earl of Springville, passed away Thursday morning at White River Lodge in Bedford at the age of 86.

Born in 1921 in Shoals to Plummer Earl and Myrtle Marsey, Robert was retired from the Springville Post Office and a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his wife Doris, son Steve, daughter Brenda, 4 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Visitation is today from 4 to 8pm at Day and Carter Mortuary.
