Burl Wayne Blackwell, 79, Bedford, died Wednesday at Bloomington Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Saturday at the Day & Carter Mortuary in Bedford. Friends may call from 4:00-8:00PM Friday at the funeral home.
