Dennis was a man of many talents and a very skilled carpenter and welder. One of the jobs he was most proud of was an elevator he built from scratch for his in-laws, Opal and Lenna Trueblood so they could remain in their home of 63 years.

He loved his farm and Angus cows. One of his greatest pleasures was spending time with his grandkids on the farm. He was so thankful to have so many good friends, but appreciated his trusted and loyal friend Carey Wood.

He married Suellen Trueblood in December of 1971 and she survives. They shared 43 wonderful years together.

He is survived by his devoted wife and loving wife Suellen; one son, Ryan Griffith of Bedford; one daughter Allyson Flook and her husband Derek of Fishers; one granddaughter Lauren Griffth of Mitchell; two grandsons: Maddux and Hendrix Flook both of Fishers; his mother, Geneva Griffith; one brother, Larry Griffith and his wife Linda of Hot Springs Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his father Hugh Griffith Jr., maternal grandparents: Burton and Edith (Roper) McClain, paternal grandparents: Hugh Griffith Sr. and Josie (Glenn) Griffith.

Burial will follow in the Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 20th at the Day & Carter Mortuary and from 10 a.m. until the
