Michael Jamison - Bedford

Michael Jamison, 46, of Bedford, passed away in Monroe County on June 6, 2014. He was born in Bedford on August 14, 1967 to Gilbert "Lynn" Jamison & Linda (White) Jamison. Michael was employed at Fibertech in Mitchell; he also had owned M & M Carpet care.

Survivors include his wife Cheri Michelle Jamison of Bedford; his father; Gilbert "Lynn" Jamison of Mitchell; children Kevin Jamison of Bedford, Zenon Montenez of Kansas City, Missouri, Ivy Montenez of Mitchell, Kristy Smith of Mitchell, and Angie Lindsey of Connecticut; five grandchildren; Mischa, Clayton, Alexis, Sydnie and Karly; one brother; Dustin Jamison of Mitchell; one sister; Shannon Jamison of Mitchell; nieces and nephews Richard Jamison of Westville, Matthew Johnson of Bedford, Brittany Grissom of Mitchell, Devin and Linda Jamison of Bedford, Derrick Eisele of Bedford

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Friends may call on Wednesday June 11, 2014 from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Cresthaven Funeral Home, with a memorial service at 7 p.m. Cremation will follow his service

Raymond Leon "Lee" Freed Jr. - Mitchell

Raymond Leon "Lee" Freed, Jr., 57, of Mitchell, passed away at 11:10 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2014, at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford.

Born October 10, 1957, in Salem, he was the son of Raymond Leon and Jean (Strange) Freed. He was employed at Elliott Stone Company and a member of American Legion Post No. 250. He enjoyed riding his Harley, gardening, and building things.

Survivors include his daughter, Tiffany Lynn Buher, Orleans; son, Damian Scott Pinnick, Mitchell; mother, Jean Holt, Orleans; father, Raymond Leon Freed, Sr., Martinsville; companion, Glenora Richardson, Mitchell; stepson, Kaz Richardson, Mitchell; stepdaughter, Latessa Kesterson, Mitchell; grandchildren, Kennedy Pinnick, Wyatt Buher, Korbin and Kameron Richardson; sisters, Regina Alden, Lake City, Tennessee, Susan Thomas, Swansea, Illinois.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, at Mitchell Cemetery with Brother Tom Bostic officiating. Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
